FSC: FUTURE SKILLS COCKPIT

FUTURE SKILLS COCKPIT

The objective

The overarching goal of the project is to align vocational education and training (VET) with the needs of the labor market. Additionally, the project aims to innovate VET through an interactive online application to create a personalized learning path based on the contemporary labor market. This transformational approach will turn users into new, holistic workers

FSC in brief

The project will develop and implement the Future Skills Cockpit (FSC) tool at the European level. This will enable the creation of a target group-oriented instrument tailored to the future labor market. It provides young Europeans with the opportunity to reflect on their skills and discover the interdisciplinary competencies they still need for their future careers.
