Eurasmus+ Projects
For Srl has been involved in European project planning since 2008, initially providing support to public institutions and later actively participating in the Lifelong Learning Programme (LLP), which later became Erasmus +.
The program encompasses all European cooperation initiatives in the field of education and training from 2014 to 2020. Its overarching goal is to contribute, through lifelong learning, to the development of the Community as an advanced knowledge-based society, fostering sustainable economic development, creating new and better jobs, and enhancing social cohesion. Simultaneously, it ensures effective environmental protection for future generations, in alignment with the Lisbon Strategy.

FUTURE SKILLS COCKPIT
The objective
The overarching goal of the project is to align vocational education and training (VET) with the needs of the labor market. Additionally, the project aims to innovate VET through an interactive online application to create a personalized learning path based on the contemporary labor market. This transformational approach will turn users into new, holistic workers
FSC in brief
The project will develop and implement the Future Skills Cockpit (FSC) tool at the European level. This will enable the creation of a target group-oriented instrument tailored to the future labor market. It provides young Europeans with the opportunity to reflect on their skills and discover the interdisciplinary competencies they still need for their future careers.
MAIN ACTIVITIES
- Transnational workshop for the development of a future skills portfolio as the basis for defining the tool.
- Design and planning of the tool.
- “Train the Trainer” workshop.
- Prototype testing with the target population in all partner countries.

Young job seekers; Apprentices; Individuals with up to 2 years of professional experience.

The objective
The two-year project focused on training staff and university-level students, addressing the skills required for an effective digital teaching process. The project will also develop digital skills for students with special needs, who are facing an even more complex situation with this forced shift towards remote learning.

SECTOR SKILLS ALLIANCE BioS
The objective
The project “BioS: Digital Skills in Computational Biology,” in which FOR SRL is a partner, has been approved within the European framework of the Erasmus+ / Sector Skills Alliances program. BioS aims to advance the digital skills of medical professionals through the design, development, and delivery of new modular training programs on Computational Biology and Bioinformatics. The goal is to provide physicians with knowledge, skills, and competencies that enable them to effectively address concurrent challenges in the EU’s healthcare systems, services, and policies, benefiting the health of EU citizens.

Vocational and Educational Training Quality in the ICT sector
VETQI Project
The objective
The acronym stands for Vocational and Educational Training Quality in the ICT sector – Quality in the ICT Sector for Vocational Training. The challenge of the project is to develop a quality system for evaluating the training of small and medium-sized enterprises in the ICT sector and for vocational training operators
Aerospace Engineering ECVET Resources Online
AEERO
The objective
AEERO is a European project promoted by a consortium of 7 partners who will collaboratively create online learning resources, providing easily accessible educational materials for workers and businesses in the European Aerospace sector. The resources are focused on Business Improvement Techniques (BIT), enabling the monitoring and enhancement of production and industrial processes. The consortium is coordinated by the University of Wolverhampton (UK) and includes partners from Portugal, Italy, and England. For Srl is the point of contact for Italy, alongside Alba Soc. Coop.

Aerospace Engineering ECVET Resources Online
WLSMC Project
The objective
The project WLSMC – Whole Life Sustainable Management Of Construction, a co-financed innovation transfer by the European Commission under the Leonardo Da Vinci program, fits into this framework. Starting in October 2012 and lasting for 24 months, it is led by the Scottish company Whole Life Consultants Ltd (a spin-off of the University of Dundee) and involves a consortium of training institutions and universities from Malta, Croatia, Spain, Romania, and Italy. For Italy, the main partner is For di Paolo Tubino & C. More specifically, the project will promote specialized training courses in the management of sustainability in the construction life cycle, enabling participants to support an industry increasingly aligned with the concept of sustainability.
